Position Summary

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for creating, managing, and publishing engaging content across the company’s social media platforms—Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more. Working closely with leadership, this role manages a company-wide content calendar that aligns with brand voice, marketing strategy, and business goals.

This position is perfect for someone who is creative, strategic, and collaborative—with a love for food, people, and community storytelling. In addition to social content, this role supports photography, in-store signage, event planning, and visual merchandising projects.

On-site presence is required.

Weekend availability is required.

This is a Full-time, non-supervisory position.

What We’re Looking For:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for travel between locations)

Current Food Handler’s Permit

Demonstrated experience in social media content creation

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook trends and tools

Excellent storytelling and writing skills

Confident on camera and comfortable recording voiceovers

Video editing skills

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

Ability to manage time, plan ahead, and meet deadlines

Flexible, dependable, and eager to work in a collaborative environment

Preferred skills:

Passion for food and grocery retail

Experience with event planning, decor, or visual merchandising

Graphic design or signage development experience
