Position Overview:

We are seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in estate planning law, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. This position offers flexibility in experience levels, making it suitable for both seasoned attorneys and those looking to expand their expertise in estate planning.

Responsibilities:

Conduct consultations with clients to assess their estate planning needs and objectives.

Draft and review various estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on estate planning matters.

Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to ensure the seamless delivery of services to clients.

Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in estate planning.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active membership in the Oregon State Bar, or eligibility for admission.

Previous experience in estate planning law preferred but not required; candidates with varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
