WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our Yard Lead, you will be in a fast-paced role that will ensure our yard and equipment is organized, clean, well-maintained, and ready for our customers. Every day, you will perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment including troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and making the necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner. You’ll also conduct equipment check-ins, steam clean, wash, and fuel equipment, keep the shop clean inside and out, and more!

This team member will work outside in all weather conditions; their shift will run Monday- Friday from 7:00 or 8:00 am – 5pm with frequent overtime.

WHAT YOU NEED

-Self-starter with the drive and ability to work without direct supervision; the ability to prioritize multiple requests.

-Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.

-Experience operating construction equipment and forklifts, as well as loading and unloading trucks.

-Excellent communication and organizational skills.

-Ability to frequently lift and move 50 lbs.

-Driver’s license with a good driving record.

-Working knowledge of equipment and one or more years of experience working on equipment, preferably in the construction industry is a plus!

Compensation: $21.72-26.00/hr (Depending on Experience)
