We are seeking a solar cleaning and maintenance technician who wants to grow with our company.
We are looking for a positive and self-motivated individual to join our team. The candidate will manage the cleaning and maintenance of residential and commercial solar panels. The ideal candidate should have experience with ladders and roofs and possess an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. We are seeking someone reliable, organized, and positive. We offer on-the-job training.
Qualifications:
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude
Maintain the shop, van, and cleaning equipment and materials
Arrive with a positive and proactive attitude
Gaining and maintaining the trust of customers and co-workers
Driver's license
Not afraid of heights and familiar with ladders. Having roofing or climbing experience is helpful!
Ability to lift heavy materials weighing 20-50 lbs
