LANDSCAPER / GENERAL HELPER NEEDED – BEND, OR
Job Description
We are looking for a Seasonal, Part Time/30 hours a week person to assist with general landscaping and maintenance duties to include:
Mowing
Weeding and spraying for weeds
Planting and watering of grass
Irrigation assistance & Monitor Irrigation
Dig ditches if applicable (water line break)
Clean up/dispose of pinecones and debris
Preparing buildings for painting
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform simple repairs with basic tools and be able to identify and use various hand tools.
Be able to operate and run a lawn mower and a weed eater.
Help with maintenance on machinery.
Have attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
Experience in landscaping, hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or construction are preferred.
High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
Must have Reliable transportation.
Valid Driver's License with insurance.
Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
Pay $20 - $22/HR – depending on experience.
Background and credit checks are required for all employment, paid for by the employer.
