At CJ Painting and Custom Finishes LLC we are looking for any individuals with a good work ethic and a team player mindset to join us as a lead painter. We take pride in the work that we do and the clients that we establish ourselves with.
(This job is for people who have had past experience in painting and finishing)
Experience: REQUIRED
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 Depending on experience TBD with bonuses available and 401k matching
Schedule: Full time, five days a week
Work location: Multiple locations depending on jobsites.
Driver license: Required
Requirements:
- Knowledge of painting and finishing
- Work efficiently in teams or individually
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Willing to follow orders/tasks given
- Have a positive attitude and able to take accountability
- Able to communicate and ask for help if needed
- Ability to maintain quality standards at job sites
- Physical labor such as climbing ladders and lifting supplies/equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to give clear good instruction to other team members
All employees will be set to a 3 day trial period to see if job is a good fit.
