Unique, full-time landscaping position/caretaker/general labor
Large landscaped ranch property with acres of grass and underground irrigation (computerized) system
Heavy landscaping duties, zero turned mowers (40+) acres
Very busy summer season
Need good communicator and multi tasker
Landscape experience required (valves, Rainbird, Nelson and parts)
Ranch hand duties for cows and barn animals minimal
Fence repair, turf management, property clean up, and equipment maintenance.
Equipment operator for all landscaping equipment required including: riding mowers, forklift, backhoe, tractors, fertilizer spreader, snow blower etc.
Proficient with Hand tools, weedy and trimmers
Proficient communicator, multitasker and scheduler.
Need a very reliable hard worker
Carpentry skills required.
Vigorous duties and long days and weeks during summer season
Year-round position
Compensation DOE and full benefit package including truck allowance, health insurance, 401K and flexible winter hours(housing benefits an option)
