Pay rate: $28.00 - $35.00+ DOE
Job requirements:
Valid ODL
Daily job site management and reporting
Directing crew members with thorough guidance/project outcome
Landscape knowledge: grading, planting, drainage, backflow, irrigation, water features, lighting, etc.
Proper care of tools and equipment
Customer service skills
Employee/sub management
Punctual and dependable
Ability to work in seasonal weather conditions
Qualification for increased pay rate:
Previous lead experience
Equipment operator experience
Plant identification
Project management
Organized work habits
Work Ethic
Backflow Tester Certification
