What We Offer:
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience

Role Overview:
As a Landscape Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the construction of residential landscapes. Your role will include:
Supervising up to 12 employees, planning and assigning work
Managing site and crew operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards
Coaching and training team members
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies
Reading and interpreting plans with scaled measurements and elevations
Operating machinery such as skid steers, saws, edgers, compactors
Managing client relationships, including upselling and implementing change orders
Overseeing project payments and conducting walkthroughs
Collaborating with various departments for seamless project execution
Education & Experience:
A degree in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field is preferred, but not essential
A minimum of five years' experience as a Landscape Construction Lead or project manager
Ability to speak fluent Spanish is advantageous
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
