House Cleaner (NE Bend)
compensation: Hourly-Fair
Looking for a dependable house cleaner for weekly cleaning. Approximately 2400sq but there are 3 bedrooms that will be closed and wont need cleaning. One other bedroom & bathroom as needed depending on guests. The main cleaning will be the living room, master bedroom, kitchen, dinning, bathroom, powder room, and laundry room, stairs and landing, with light cleaning of one bedroom and bathroom upstairs as needed.
Looking for someone who uses natural cleaners, other then toilets. Bona is ok on floors. (Please NO simple green, or pledge). Wood furniture is polished every 5 months or so, only should need dusting. I have extra cleaning supplies are located in laundry room. Please use Disposable dusters if you don’t use them already.
Wipe kitchen cabinets , microwave, counters, fridge.
Floors vacuum and wet mop, clean edges and baseboards if dirty.
Main bathroom, with tile shower and glass door, scale on tiles needs to be worked on. (Last cleaner left hard cleaner scale on tile shower will probably need polished)
Stairs and landing vacuumed if the one bedroom/bath looks like it’s been used clean accordingly. (Only the open bedroom/bath will need cleaned, 3 other rooms will be closed) if upstairs look like it hasn’t been use, turn on sinks, flush toilet and turn on tub for a few seconds wipe down sinks, toilet area, mirrors, dust and vacuum bedroom, no deep cleaning needed every time.
Dust Base boards, wipe switch plates, clean dog door, windows and tracks as needed.
Pick 1-2 deep cleaning tasks as time allows with left over time.
This is a hourly paying, weekly clean around 3 hours a week.
Please have references and prior cleaning experience.
I am setting this cleaning up for my boss, and everything will go through me except pay. I will set up trial clean and go over the house with potential cleaner.
