We are currently hiring for an Aggregates Superintendent in Bend, OR!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Ensure all operations are in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including air and water quality, permit conditions, dumpsite policies and MSHA, OSHA

- Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed

- Work day-to-day with frontline and crew leaders providing overall guidance and direction while promoting the individual development of all team members

- Ensure that quality of all materials exceeds customer expectations

- Work area will be at multiple locations throughout Central Oregon and will involve travel and some overnight stays

- Will coordinate and plan permit requirements, mine planning, aggregate production scheduling, work daily with Aggregate Division Operations Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

- Safety first attitude required

- Previous supervisory experience required

- Working knowledge of crushing, washing aggregates

- Working knowledge of mine planning, stripping and extraction

- Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Requires high degree of skills in planning, organization, supervising, communication and observation

- A valid driver license in good standing

- Ability to pass a criminal background, drug screen and functional testing
