Office manager needed ASAP. This is a in-person position. Office is located in Bend, Oregon. Position requires managing in-home caregivers, clients, & office duties. This job requires DRIVING own vehicle.
Job specific duties-
-managing caregivers and clients schedules
-emails, phone calls, office duties
-Caregiver interviews, orientations
-Caregiver and client meet and greets
-3 month evaluations and visits with clients
-Covering caregiver shifts when we have call offs
Required Qualifications:
-Pass a criminal background check
-Be 18 years or older
-Agency-specific drug test
Required Qualifications:
-Have a valid driver’s license
-Have a reliable passenger vehicle
-Have valid motor vehicle insurance
