Coppertop Family Dentistry looking to add a hygienist three days a week, as we are growing there may also be opportunity for additional days. We will also consider candidates who can only offer two days a week as well.
Candidates must believe in their role as a patient educator and be willing to coach patients to improve and grow their motivation for good home care and prevention. Candidates must also be comfortable as a periodontal diagnostician and therapist. This includes treating active periodontal disease, maintaining arrested disease and knowing when a referral is appropriate. Candidates must also strongly believe in their role as a patient advocate, growing their desire for predictable high quality dentistry.
As a growing practice we are also looking for someone comfortable helping in other areas of the practice as well. Candidates must value their team and as such be willing to help when able. This may include calling patients on recall or for unscheduled treatment, assisting other hygienists in the practice, or helping the dental assistants in the practice maintain sterilization and office cleanliness.
