Bend Family Therapy Counselor Position (Bend, Oregon)
Bend Family Therapy has an opening for a counseling/therapist position. We are seeking a full time (17+hours per week) licensed counselor, or a counselor working towards licensure, with experience working with young children and/or couples.
Our group practice provides a community of supportive providers who love working together and with their clients. We are currently offering both in-person and telehealth services. We are motivated and are continually learning new and innovative skills to bring to our practices. All counselors are given an option of an IRA match and a monthly health insurance stipend. After a year of employment counselors are given $1000 per year towards vacation money (more vacation allowed unpaid), and a ($300) stipend towards CEUs. Licensed, full time therapists, are paid at a 70% rate of income received.
The practice provides: office administration, all insurance and claims billing, an electronic health records system, credentialing and maintenance of insurance contracts, marketing, consultation, and we will match you with clients that fit your skill set. Our office has an office manager, and is a very well maintained and functioning office, which you will have full access and support from. Counselors have monthly scheduled group consultation and have the opportunity for day-to-day drop in consultation with one another. Counselors working towards licensure are provided free supervision.
Our office is on the westside and has great access to the river trail. All therapists make their own schedules and take vacations when they would like.
