The Sunriver Owners Association (SROA) Public Works Department is now accepting applications for a Public Works Lead Technician.Job Summary
SROA’s Public Works Lead Technician is an on-site, capable, experienced staff member that maintains SROA-owned property (roads, paths, parks, commons, buildings, and facilities) in a manner that protects, enhances and creates a safe and enjoyable environment for Sunriver homeowners and guests. This position emphasizes working with our Recreation Department and helping maintain our landscaping standards. Anyone interested must be comfortable working both independently as well as in a team environment and enjoy a variety of job responsibilities. Valid Oregon Driver’s License and the ability to attain a Commercial Driver’s License are required.
Duties include tasks to maintain Sunriver's infrastructure, such as snow removal, physical labor and operation of various pieces of equipment. This position requires that the employee be available and in physical condition to operate equipment in adverse weather conditions at certain times of the year. Seasonal overtime and long hours are required. Weekend and holiday work are occasionally required. Out-of-area travel may be restricted at certain times of the year.
