The primary job responsibilities are as follows:
Working alongside our current team members to provide the best possible service to every customer.
Responsible for serving alcohol to patrons over the age of 21 and refusing service to minors and VIPs.
Learn and operate our POS system.
Ensuring the Tap Room and Patio areas are kept clean at all times.
Responsible for changing kegs when necessary.
Assisting with Barrel Room events and promotions based on their specific requirements.

They should act as a role model and set an example for our team and our industry. In addition, the ideal candidate will have:
Strong teamwork skills
Experience working within the hospitality industry, preferably in a craft beer environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Dependable
Have a positive, upbeat personality
Experience of working at a brewery would be particularly advantageous
Knowledge of health and safety protocols
