This position would be a leadership role managing our two Breakfast and Brunch restaurant locations: CHOW in Bend and The Cottonwood Cafe in Sisters
Pay: Negotiable upon interview with the option for a Salaried position
Job Description:
We are looking for a Sous Chef who can work multiple outlets. Your main focus is backing up kitchen as needed Learning multiple stations, following set procedures, helping in the daily operations of the kitchens and assisting the kitchen team and Executive Chef. The Sous Chef will also assist in developing seasonal menus, weekly specials, and ordering product.
Availability/ Hours: 50 hrs a week. Available to work weekends, and occasionally nights.
