Prep Cook/Food Cart Help

Dinky Dau is looking for a part time prep cook and food cart worker. Could be up to 20 hours a week if you wanted. Food service experience expected, knife work is important. Cart specializing in Banh Mi, rice bowls and other Asian inspired foods. Job would include following recipes, making marinades, grilling, fermenting, and taking and making orders at the cart which is located at The Commons. 2SLGBTQIA+ encouraged to apply
