The Great Greek is looking for a manager to work very closely with the owner to maintain our high standards and delicious food.
Requirements and experience required:
Face to face customer service.
Front of house experience with service, expo, and an eye for cleanliness and troubleshooting.
POS experience, Preferably TOAST.
Line experience with assembly, grill, and ability to work rapidly.
Prep experience with kitchen organization, maintaining PAR levels, and some ordering experience.
Specific training for our restaurant will be with the owner. Trustworthiness, leadership skills, and clear communication are essential for this role.
Shifts will typically be 10 hours/4days a week and include most weekends. Shift will be divided between a FOH, Line, or Prep and managerial tasks that will be well outlined.
Pay is hourly and DOE and will include tips.
Current food handlers and OLCC required.
