We are looking for several new line cooks to work alongside our Head Chef and culinary team at the newly evolved Blacksteer Steakhouse.
We are the largest restaurant in Bend and we are on a mission to become one of the best steakhouses in Central Oregon. While the restaurant originally opened a few years ago, we are now under new ownership and management!
My name is Brandon Duncan and I recently joined the Blacksteer team as the new GM. I have over 20 years of experience creating, opening and successfully managing unique restaurant concepts throughout the US. We are in the middle of a 2 week closure to renovate the entire restaurant, address and resolve the challenges of the past and turn our establishment into the amazing steakhouse we know is possible.
I just hired a new head chef that has extensive experience, especially with French & and Mediterranean cuisine. We have created an entirely new menu and will be re-opening July 25th for a special event / soft-opening and then our grand re-opening will be August 1st.
We need 3-4 more line cooks, especially folks with strong saute and grill skills!
