The Gallery Restaurant and Bar is looking to add a line cook to our night shift team. We are seeking responsible, friendly employees that are reliable and creative.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with catering events as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred, but willing to train the right person.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
