Anthony's is hiring! We're gearing up for our busy summer season and are looking for a few great fits to join our culinary team. Chef Brian cooks Pacific seafood that we purchase direct from fishermen all across the PNW. Alaska halibut, salmon, scallops, oysters, and crab to name a few. Our team works with the very best seafood in the world and curates it into elegant and approachable dishes from classics like fresh tempura fried halibut & chips and ahi tuna poke. All the way to elevated plates like cashew and miso tamari crusted black cod and alder wood planked Oregon king salmon with smoked sweet pepper beurre blanc.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for food production at one or more hot line stations, ensuring that all food items are produced in strict adherence to recipes and plate presentation specifications. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary work station. You are responsible for the safe handling and proper storage of food products.
Job Specifications
Education:
Culinary degree or certificate highly desirable.
Experience:
At least six months experience as a broiler, sauté, fry, or oven cook in a high volume, fine dining restaurant. Experience with seafood cooking highly desirable.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to read and memorize recipes and cooking techniques and communicate orally in English.
Physical:
Must be able to stand and work at a fast pace for periods of up to 4 hours. Must be able to stoop, bend and reach. Must have finger and hand dexterity. Must be able to lift and carry pans, pots and other containers weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work quickly and accurately in a hot kitchen.
