Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all kitchenware and dining utensils are cleaned and sanitized, playing a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand as required.
Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors.
Dispose of garbage and keep trash areas clean.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Organize and restock clean items in appropriate areas.
Report any maintenance or operational issues to the kitchen manager.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
