Summary of Position – The Beer Ambassador will increase sales and drive brand awareness for Immersion Brewing in Central Oregon and beyond.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with the brewers to ensure that our customers are always aware of what beers are currently available and what is coming down the pipeline
Develop lasting relationships with key retailers and restaurants
Be the eyes and ears for the brewers, looking for market trends and industry action
Monthly reports on sales and businesses visited
Ensure that Immersion quality standards are followed by our accounts. Able to clean tap lines, faucets, etc. if needed
Learn enough about packaging to occasionally fill kegs or other vessels when necessary
Coordinate and attend regional beer festivals
Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule, weekends and extended workdays will sometime be necessary
Always represents Immersion Brewing in a positive and professional way
There is a base hourly pay as well as commission for barrels of beer sold.
