Job Summary:
The Bartender-Manager plays a dual role, working as a hands-on bartender while also managing FOH operations during their shift. This leadership position ensures service runs smoothly, guests are happy, and staff are motivated and accountable.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the FOH team during shifts, including bartenders, servers, and hosts.
-Create a positive and energetic bar atmosphere while maintaining top-tier guest service.
-Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
-Manage opening and closing procedures for the bar and FOH areas.
-Oversee cash handling, tip outs, and POS operations with accuracy and accountability.
-Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
-Monitor inventory, order bar supplies, and maintain proper stock levels.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a bartender with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
-Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
-Ability to lead and manage a team in a high-energy environment.
