Responsibilities:
Barback
Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Delivering orders to tables and ensuring the correct presentation.
Providing attentive and personalized service throughout the guests' dining experience.
Handling payment transactions and processing orders efficiently.
Assisting with setting up and clearing tables as needed.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Engaging with guests to create a positive and enjoyable bar atmosphere.
Demonstrating knowledge of drink recipes and making suggestions to customers
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Interacting with the server team to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements:
Server:
Previous experience as a barback in a restaurant or similar establishment preferred but not required.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and high-pressure situations.
Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Food Handler's Card.
A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid OLCC (Oregon Liquor Control Commission) permit.
