Cassity’s Bar is a locally owned neighborhood bar located on the Westside of Bend. We take pride in offering a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere, quality drinks, and dependable service. Our team values hard work, mutual respect, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. We’re currently looking for a dedicated Bar Back to support our bartenders and help keep operations efficient during our busiest nights.
Shifts Required:
Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays (and possibly Sunday during the day for football)
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Pay:
$16/hour + tips
Job Duties Include:
-Restocking beer, liquor, and supplies
-Clearing and cleaning glassware
-Assisting bartenders with service
-Keeping the bar clean and organized
-Organizing kegs and deliveries
-Running food and bussing tables
Ideal Candidate:
-Must be 21+
-Punctual and dependable
-Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on feet for long shifts
-Team player with a positive attitude
-Previous bar or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
