The Cross-Eyed Cricket is hiring an Assistant Manager.
We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable restaurant professional comfortable working in both bar and restaurant environments.
This position supports both our GM and Bar Manager to maintain a consistent food and beverage service while working with our kitchen and security team to make ensure timely and proper service for our guests.
Ideally this person enjoys the service industry and thrives in a fast paced environment. Can make quick decisions while keeping guest satisfaction top of mind.
This position works closely with our GM to learn our processes pertaining to scheduling, ordering, floor management and both opening and closing procedures.
We are a busy bar/restaurant with late nights. We have a well rounded and fun team, host many events and generally enjoy what we do. We aim to be a the best full service establishment in town.
