Bend's newest restaurant is hiring We are celebrating Central Oregon and the PNW with a new ranch to plate cowboy steakhouse, conceptualized by none other than Central Oregon's own, Chef Brian Malarkey. We're a little bit country, and a little bit rock n roll. We are looking to fill ALL POSITIONS both FOH and BOH. Come join our rowdy team of cowboys and cowgirls!
