Collaborate with leadership to identify and address areas for improving efficiency and comparing against industry standards.

Become a process owner and critically review specific processes with great attention to detail, proactively recommending opportunities for improvement.

Learn continuous improvement methodologies such as PPI, Six Sigma, and others, and promote improvement initiatives.

Support GMP manufacturing processes on pilot and clinical scale equipment, working closely with scientists, engineers, and operators.

Use highly specialized equipment and instrumentation accurately and with limited supervision, such as balances, blenders, mills, tablet presses, extruders, and fluid bed processors.

Accurately document observations/results of experiments and present findings to internal partners.

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, compliant, and safe workspace.

Work collaboratively with other functions including program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and finance to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

Undergraduate student completing a Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or Life Sciences-related degree between December 2025 and June 2026.

0 years of work experience required, previous related internships preferred.

Proven track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.

Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

This internship is set to begin on either May 12th or June 16th, 2025, and will last for a duration of 10-12 weeks, depending on student availability per academic calendars.
