Local Engineer Firm is seeking a on-site full-time structural drafter to join our team. We are a full-service structural consulting firm with an office in downtown Bend, Oregon.

The Position:
This position creates structural drawings from conception to final design on a variety of commercial, education, and residential projects.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project engineers;
- Develop structural drawings;
- Integrate design changes into model and plans;
- Notify Principal in charge of design conflicts;
- Coordination with architects and design team;
- Maintain quality control standards for company drawings;
- Be actively involved in project coordination;
- Organize project files;
- Meet or exceed project deadlines;
Skills:
- Three+ years as either a Structural or Architectural drafter
- Proficient with Revit
- AutoCAD experience is a plus
- Tekla experience is a plus
- Efficiency with plan drawings that meet our firm standards
- Detail orientated
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Capable of handling multiple projects at once
