We are hiring for a professional, customer service oriented, super exciting position!
A photo booth attendant's responsibilities:
- picking up the van and equipment at our house
- setting up/breaking down and operating the photo booth
- unloading and loading equipment
- assisting guests with taking photos
- ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone
- managing props and backdrops
- troubleshooting any technical issues
- meeting the wedding planner or venue event planner with a happy demeanor
- Neat and tidy personal presentation at all times
- Taking care of the customer’s guest book and assisting guests with what to do
- A fantastic attitude and genuine desire to create an incredible event experience
A photo booth attendant's Essential Skills:
- having a valid driver's license and insurance
- dressing nice as if you were attending the wedding (vendors wear black or darker colors)
- some heavy lifting is required
- Excellent people skills and personal presentation.
- Friendly, happy demeanor and the ability to chat with guests of all ages and backgrounds
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work unsupervised
- The ability to be on your feet for the event
- Appreciation for the unique team environment at events to collectively create event success with other vendors (We are part of COWA, Central Oregon Wedding Associates. We treat every vendor with respect and kindness)
- The ability to actively seek out ways to improve our guest and client experiences (Ex. seeking out who the mother of the bride is and telling her congratulations)
Starting wage is $25 with room for advancement.
