JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Guest Services Agent provides shuttle services, CPR/First Aid, postal services, and property monitoring. The Guest Services Agent is responsible for assisting all elements of the Property Services Departments, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk and others as assigned. This is a full-time customer facing role that requires frequent communication and collaboration with customers, managers and vendors.
DETAILS:
Graveyard shifts available - Pays $19.00/ hr
Daytime shifts available (10am-7:30pm Wed, Thurs, Fri) - Pays $17.50/hr

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- A resident of Central Oregon
- Customer Service experience required
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be self driven and able to work well individually or in a team setting
DUTIES:
- First point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints/ issues on property
- Handles a variety of reporting tasks
- Drives shuttle vans to provide transportation for guests
- Provide Postage services and delivers internal mail
