Accepting local Central Oregon applicants with remote work options for a part time Payroll & HR Systems Analyst. Students and individuals reentering the workforce are encouraged to apply. This position will help with technical projects. In this role you will work with multiple Payroll, HRMS, Attendance Tracking and, Time Keeping Systems.

Do you have skills in any of these areas?
Experience running Payroll using an automated system (ADP or UKG preferred)
Technical background in learning new payroll & HR systems
Software implementation project experience (HCM preferred)
Meeting critical deadlines within projects for your tasks
Managing your own projects as a project manager
Detail oriented on constructing spreadsheets
Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Communication and collaboration skills are critical with clients
Self-starter for your own projects
Ability to learn new software and automated concepts
Researching on your own projects to get things done
Independent work style, which reflects on our whole team
Our tool set: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Visual Studio, Teamwork, Laserfiche, and Microsoft SQL Server.
