Job Title: Superintendent of ConstructionLocation: Beaverton, ORWorkplace Type: OnsiteJob Description:

Manage construction schedules for multiple single-family homes at different stages.

Ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites.

Communicate with designated parties regarding scheduled closings and walk-throughs.

Conduct daily quality control inspections to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.

Deliver homes within established timeframes.

Responsibilities:

Manage construction schedules for multiple single-family homes.

Order materials to ensure timely delivery.

Communicate the status of scheduled closings and walk-throughs.

Conduct daily quality control inspections.

Deliver homes within established timeframes.

Conduct on-site safety and construction meetings.

Start and close homes as per the business plan.

Inspect trade contractor work and supplier deliveries before approving invoices.

Essential Skills:

Construction management

Residential construction

Construction scheduling

Subcontractor management

Blueprint reading

Ability to manage up to 20 homes at different stages

Experience managing multiple crews/subcontractors

Quality control

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of production residential superintendent experience

Experience with high-end options in similar homes

Work Environment:

Onsite in a residential subdivision in Beaverton/Sherwood.
