- Postgraduate certificate or Master's degree in related field
- Experience with SAP HCM in BA role is must, ServiceNow exp desirable
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR Operations and Contact Center processes.
- Workday HR experience will be a plus
- Payroll experience is a must in BA role
- Knowledge of the HR vendor management processes in a corporate environment
- Experience on working in Agile mode is a MUST (SAFe methodology will be highly preferred)
- Good communication skills
