As the APLA Merchant II for Accessories and Equipment, you'll be responsible for creating consumer product and assortment strategies across the One Nike Marketplace in partnership with cross-functional APLA teams. You’ll drive product adoption, flow, segmentation, and mix to deliver positive results for the business. You’ll partner across functions to ensure key moments and product opportunities are amplified setting geo product lifecycles to move at the pace of the consumer, balancing newness and consistency.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONYou will enable the strategizing, building, and managing of global 3-year line plans and product journeys cross-functionally.A consistent part of your day-to-day responsibilities will be the detailed management, maintenance and communication of all seasonal tools and assortments. Enabling this effort will be the development of key relationships among cross-functional teammates, comfort with research and analysis, along with a genuine curiosity and commitment to learn and evolve.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHYou’ll partner with several cross-functional teams – consumer planning, product creation, GEO merch, and consumer insights & analytics as well as the gender merchandising teams. A key enabler of your success will be your background and experience in retail.WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a combination of relevant experience

2+ years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Product Management, Marketplace, Buying, or relevant experience

Demonstrated understanding of consumer and marketplace

Entrepreneurial spirit, experience working on new projects/start-ups/concepts/ideas

Proficiency in analyzing business and consumer trends

Attention to detail

Ability to collaboratively manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities

Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations to various cross-functional partners

Team first mentality, energy giver
