This role supports vital connections between the Material & Product Development, Sourcing, Operations, Sustainability, and Partner Management teams. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training

0-2 years of work experience in an analytical role preferably within supply chain (manufacturing, materials, planning or sourcing)

Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and effectively communicate insights through storytelling12.

Creative problem solver: Ability to handle ambiguity and think creatively, showcasing an entrepreneurial spirit34.

Project management skills: Experience in managing projects in a fast-paced environment5.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams67.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONAs a key member of the Apparel Material Sourcing team, you'll play a vital role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives. You'll provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions, support the development of comprehensive strategies, and enhance our overall sourcing capabilities. Your responsibilities will include delivering ad-hoc analyses, creating strategic content, and preparing materials for cross-functional meetings. You'll also contribute to long-range strategy development, build and maintain sourcing tools and resources, and provide critical analysis to support informed sourcing direction.
