The Tektronix Global Sales Operations Team seeks an experienced Go-to-Market Operations Director to lead and optimize the strategic development and execution of commercial operations, spanning Key Account Management, Partner Operations, Commissions, and New Product Introductions. This pivotal role entails leading a team to devise and implement go-to-market strategies across the sales organization, emphasizing collaboration, inclusiveness and a commitment to operational excellence. Collaborating closely with departments such as Regional Sales VPs, HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and Marketing, the ideal candidate will drive innovation and competitive advantage for Tektronix. Craft and implement growth driving business strategies while maintaining the efficiency of plans across the global business.

Advance Tektronix Channel, Commissions, and KAM strategies partnering with functional experts and sales leaders.

Working collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, and the Product Line, pioneer the enhancement and implementation of a commercial process for NPIs, aimed at expediting our strategy and enhancing market penetration.

Champion distribution channel strategies by bringing industry standard methodologies, placing the customer at the center of our processes, and recommending programs and incentives that achieve desired results.

Build standard processes for Territory Design & Quota Planning through annual process execution with our regions and functional teams.

Recommend and implement technology that improves our connectedness with key customers, accelerates data sharing, and improves the customer experience pathway.

Leads regular cadence of connections with regional teams, to foster collaboration through shared goals and metrics, while deploying problem-solving tools as needed.

Develop, advocate for, and lead all aspects of a worldwide procedure within the GTM domain, ensuring alignment global teams to establish a cohesive, unified global approach.

Lead teams to deliver on-target project delivery by defining the GTM objectives and steering the effort for adoption and advocacy.

Build and deliver on operational success metrics and key performance indicators to improve our organizational effectiveness and capabilities aligned to the commercial strategy.

Collaborate with Tektronix commercial systems and IT for system improvements.

Apply FBS tools for continuous improvement and mentor team members in Kaizen commitment.

Qualifications

Proven track record driving sales operations efficiency through process implementation and tool optimization, including significant experience in managing operational development projects.

Possesses a strategic, quantitative approach with strong consulting background, adept at leading cross-functional teams and facilitating intricate problem-solving.

Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling successful relationships across various organizational levels and with customers.

Adaptable and quick learner, skilled in working in data systems and environments and creating data-driven recommendations.

Highly organized, autonomous worker encouraging an optimal operational environment.

Knowledgeable in compliance with internal policies, external laws, and regulatory guidance including SOX.

Demonstrates a growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

10+ years of business strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical sales, technical project management, or sales operations experience.

8+ years of progressive leadership experience in management or supervisory positions.

Ability to travel up to 25% of the year
