Description We are searching for a meticulous Administrative Assistant to be part of our client's team located in Beaverton, OR. In this role, you will primarily work with research samples, handle data entry tasks, and provide administrative support. As an Administrative Assistant, you will also have the opportunity to streamline processes, coordinate training sessions, and manage general office tasks.Responsibilities: Use software to receive, prepare, and store research samples, while maintaining effective communication with relevant parties. Enter and maintain accurate and complete research data, including test results and evaluation numbers. Identify and address obstacles in clinical test result automation to streamline processes and minimize turnaround time. Provide necessary support to the Senior Research Administrator. Procure scientific articles, journals, and books required for research activities. Ensure the accuracy and accessibility of information by maintaining and updating research article entries. Schedule and coordinate webinars and other training sessions as requested.
