Description Patricia Wesson with Robert Half is seeking an Accounting Manager/Supervisor located in BEAVERTON, Oregon. In this role, you will be overseeing all financial aspects, including payroll, general ledger closing processes, collections, and managing accounting internal controls. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining accounting practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements with a monthly analysis. Responsibilities Oversee the completion of company accounting processes within required deadlines and timelines. Ensure payroll is accurate and complete, supporting pay days. Prepare the Companies Financials monthly, providing a financial analysis to identify risks and growth opportunities. Streamline accounting processes to increase accuracy and productivity. Analyze Company expenses, variances, collections, and outliers; provide information to Management with a goal to reduce costs. Monitor all aging receivables to meet company goals for past dues. Coordinate meetings with Management and direct reports. Communicate quarterly with Company CPA firm. Handle Accounts Payable tasks on a weekly basis. Manage daily General Ledger tasks. Oversee daily Cash Management & Forecasting. Manage all aspects of Employee Payroll. Complete ACH payments and pay tax deposits.
