Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Previous welding or fitting experience (preferred but not required for entry-level roles)
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings (for advanced roles)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Ability to pass a welding test (required for skilled roles)
