Applicant shall have a good work ethic, being trust worthy, reliable, with a vehicle. Applicant needs to be gentleman like to interact with quality residents and able to plan, listen, and follow though meeting deadlines.
Other trades needed:
1. General Labor: Grounds: Plus Make Ready, Warehouse Organization
2. Working job manager capable of, solving problems, work flow and material acquisition
3. HVAC TEC (Gig Job, but lots of units to keep up)
4. Contractor Licensed Plumber (gig job)
