Real Estate Investor looking to fill tradesmen and handyman positions. Looking for skilled people to work in multiple areas of construction. Requires good understanding of quality finish, construction process, and trade knowledge with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina is greatly valued.
Qualifications:
Good communication with others, organized and self-motivated
Basic math skills, able to read and write and provide written info when asked
Attention to detail, complete all work with quality in mind
Skilled, motivated diligent worker
Proven experience in the construction trades
Technical knowledge and strong general repair skills in remodeling
Must have your own vehicle and be able to pick up construction materials
Must have your own tools
Starting at $25 per hour for handyman/ maintenance jobs, with paid driving time.
Up to $45 per hour for plumbing.
