I'm looking for a licensed contractor who has a crew that can begin work on my property in Tulsa. The house needs top to bottom renovation. New kitchen and bath, floors, paint, wall and ceiling repair and some new siding etc.
This is an investment property that will be resold upon completion of the job. I have other properties as well that need renovation similar to this one, but would like to create a working relationship with a good contractor on this project before working on the next one.
