Position: Journeyman Electrician (Foreman)
Responsibilities:
Lead the installation crew assigned to you to complete solar PV system installations from start to finish.
Serve as the foreman on each installation project, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the process.
Perform grid tie-ins, breaker box installations or upgrades, conduit bending and installation, wire pulling and termination, and interlocking wiring installation.
Read and interpret one line and three line drawings, blueprints, and other technical documents accurately.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on every job site.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a journeyman electrician, with specific experience in solar PV system installations.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Own reliable transportation (vehicle) and possess a valid driver's license.
Flexibility in schedule and willingness to travel within a 1-2 hour radius from Tulsa.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Benefits:
