Stand-By Personnel is seeking an experienced Fabrication Foreman for a direct hire position with a leading engineer-to-order manufacturing company in Sand Springs. This role oversees daily fabrication operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency while leading a team of welders, fitters, and fabricators.

Pay: $30–$36/hr (Direct Hire)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the fabrication department (welding, fitting, layout).
Review and execute engineered drawings, weld maps, and build plans.
Assign work based on priorities and skill levels; monitor timelines and budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, ASME codes, and company policies.
Train and mentor team members on welding procedures, blueprints, and shop math.
Perform quality checks and collaborate with QA/QC to resolve issues.
Qualifications
5+ years of fabrication or welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick).
Strong leadership and organizational skills; prior supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering fabrication drawings.
Familiarity with ASME quality control standards and OSHA safety regulations.
