HERE’S WHAT WE PROMISE OUR TECHS
✓ GOOD PAY AND BENEFITS- We offer a competitive pay plan that includes GREAT performance-based bonuses so when the shop does better, you do better! Our techs earn $70k - $80k per year and we have plenty of work! We also offer a Health Benefits Package (50% paid for employees).
✓ NO B.S. $500 SIGN ON BONUS – If you’ve got 2+ years’ experience working in a professional automotive repair business, some ASE certs (preferred), a great attitude and good diagnostic skills, we will give you an extra $250 when you drop your toolbox and an additional $250 after 60 days on the job.
✓ LIFE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN WORK (GET YOUR LIFE BACK!)– We’re committed to you being happy and your life working inside and outside of the shop. That means that work doesn’t take precedence over your family. ✓ WE PROVIDE A SAFE AND PRODUCTIVE WORKING ENVIRONMENT - Uniforms are provided. Our facility is up to date with factory and generic scan tools, lab scopes, 7 lifts, 1 flat bay, 1 alignment bay. We have the most organized and productive shop in our area and our mission is to make sure that you have a clean, well-lit, productive facility and everything you need to do your best work.
✓ YOU WILL ALWAYS KNOW WHERE YOU STAND - We have a clear process for handing out work, checking on progress, and monitoring performance (no Prima Donna’s or playing favorites). Everything is accessible, transparent, and above board.
✓ WE WILL MAKE YOU MORE VALUABLE IN THE INDUSTRY - We have weekly paid training to develop your skills and reimburse ASE certifications.
