Job Title: Assistant Manager for Self-Storage Facility
About Us
We are a family-owned storage company seeking a responsible, customer-focused self-starter to assist manager in maintaining our small self-storage facility approximately 20 hours per week. Experience in self storage is not required. All you need is a positive attitude and the desire to succeed. Key responsibilities include interacting with tenants, maintaining computer, video, and gate systems, maintaining the unit inventory at the facility, and communicating with the manager.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong handyman skills
Basic Computer skills, including ability to use smart phone apps specific to self storage
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and complete assigned duties within a specified time frame
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness
Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
Key Responsibilities Include:
Field Tenant questions, and concerns
Manage Unit Inventory and communicate activity with call center manager
Provide feedback to management regarding tenant concerns
Maintain facilities, reports, filing on a daily basis
Maintain grounds and exterior of property and storage buildings on a daily basis,
Provide administrative support to the management team
