Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative for SourceOne, you will play a key role in driving new business and expanding our client base across our service offerings. This is a commission-only role ideal for self-driven individuals who excel in consultative selling and enjoy the flexibility of working on their own terms.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors within your assigned region.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming the trusted point of contact for multiple service needs.
Present our comprehensive service portfolio effectively to decision-makers and tailor offerings to meet their specific needs.
Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and consistently track activity, client interactions, and sales performance.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven sales experience (preferably commission-based) or a strong desire to grow in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Prior experience or knowledge in one or more of our service industries is a plus.
Compensation:
100% commission-based compensation model with uncapped earning potential.
High commission rates per closed deal.
